Qualifications

Who you are:

  • Demonstrate and model the Broder Sachse’s core values

  • 2-5 years’ experience with a broad range of commercial properties (Retail, Office, Medical, Industrial, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Real Estate Salesperson License, State of Michigan
  • Familiarity with local and national real estate markets and regulations

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of property portfolio.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service through client, owner, tenant and vendor interactions.
  • Complete monthly reports, portraying the status of property portfolio.
  • Maintain and control property income and expenses
  • Ensure all rents and fees are billed and collected.
  • Schedule, coordinate and supervise staff.
  • Handle all aspects of leasing.
  • Oversee all construction/ repair projects (bid, qualify, and approve capital and maintenance projects).
  • Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
