  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferred.
  • Previous experience as a concierge at a residential building or hotel, preferred.
  • Fluent in the English Language.


  • Must demonstrate and model Broder & Sachse’s core values.
  • Communicates with co-workers, management, residents, vendors, and all outside contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Establishes and maintains good relations with residents, prospective residents, all customers, and co-workers.
  • In conjunction with the management staff, assists in organizing and promoting resident functions.
  • Prepares and deliver various reports as requested.
  • Ensures that the Sales office, models, vacant units, and common areas meet our standards daily and report deficiencies to Property Manager.
  • Ensure asset preservation through the execution and maintaining a daily property checklist to ensure the community, its product and its amenities meet Company curb appeal standards.
  • Adheres to established policies related to fair housing.
  • Performs all reasonable duties as assigned by Property Manager, and Assistant Property Manager in the absence of the Property Manager, or the Regional Manager.
